The men’s black belt finals are set at the 2026 Pan No-Gi. This is one of the biggest tournaments of the year for Jiu-Jitsu without the gi, the traditional uniform. It is run by the IBJJF, the sport’s main federation, and it ends this Sunday (October 4) in Secaucus, New Jersey. Pawel Jaworski and Wallisson Oliveira won their semifinals and will each fight for gold twice. First, each one fights the final of his weight class. Then they face each other in the absolute final, the open division where athletes of all sizes can meet. All times below are Eastern Time (ET). Jaworski and Wallisson open the finals
Their weight finals are the first two on the schedule. Jaworski (Academia Gorila) submitted Natan Chueng (Unity) in the semifinals. He faces David Garmo (Detroit Jiu-Jitsu Syndicate) for the medium-heavy title at 3:46 PM. Garmo also reached the final with a submission, over Alehander Mariano (Atos). Next, at 3:58 PM, Wallisson (Campeão United) fights Austin Oranday (Alliance) for the heavyweight gold. Wallisson beat Joab Câmara (Triunfo) in the semifinals. The absolute final between Jaworski and Wallisson closes the day and is expected at 5:46 PM.
Galvão vs Tenca at super-heavy
The super-heavy final will be between two athletes from the same team, Atos. André Galvão beat Sergio Vilas (Team Lloyd Irvin) and Natã Tenca beat Marcelo Montoro in the semifinals. The match is expected at 5:10 PM.
