Windson Torres takes on Fellipe Andrew, eyes the title
The Six Blades athlete says he has heard about Andrew since his colored belt days and sees the match as a pleasure

Windson Torres opens the heavyweight bracket at The Crown 2026 this Sunday, November 8, at the Pyramid in Long Beach, California, against Fellipe Andrew, the 2023 heavyweight and 2021 open class World Champion.
“I’m very excited for this! This is the kind of match we work hard for, you know? I’ve been hearing about Fellipe since I was a colored belt. So if I have the chance to face him today, it means I’m reaching my goals and that I’m among the best athletes. That’s why it’s a pleasure and not pressure! I truly believe I can win this tournament. The best should fight the best,” Torres told VF Comunica.
The winner faces defending champion Nolan Stuart or Davi Vetoraci in the semifinals, according to the Crown 2026 brackets.
