Black-belt Ninja Pinto’s experience with Jiu-Jitsu and his own life has extended beyond the mats. A Brazilian living in the United States, Ninja has just ventured into the literary world with the release of the book “Ultimate Weight Loss Blueprint After 30”. With degrees in Biology and Psychology, Ninja presents the book as an accurate guide to weight loss, knowledge acquired through a natural interest in the subject and through adversities faced in life.
“In 2010 my father died of cancer and I tried to save his life in every way possible. With that, I got involved in the process of understanding what food really does to our bodies.”.
Ninja guarantees that the method is 100% effective for athletes in weight loss
Ninja’s academic knowledge enabled him to create and publish the book, but his curiosity about the subject, always trying new experiments, took him further. Every fighter who competes knows the challenges of weight loss and becoming an expert, or being helped by one, can be a turning point in someone’s career.
“I know I can definitely help athletes make weight without suffering and be in the best shape possible for fights. Several athletes who have tried it have never gone back to any other type of diet.”.
Book is ideal for all types of readers
On the cover of the book, Ninja Pinto, Ninja Stars International leader, appears in a gi celebrating a victory. However, he assures that the nutritional guide is not restricted to athletes. With accessible language, the aim is to help any type of person to better deal with nutrition and healthy weight loss.
“I am very interested in understanding the human body. I started testing many methods and foods on myself and then on the people closest to me. I noticed a great discovery along the way. The clinical exams of the people I helped improved, as did their weight loss. With this, I was able to help four people reverse type 2 diabetes and even sleep apnea.”.
Already available in the United States, Ninja Pinto’s book “Ultimate Weight Loss Blueprint After 30” will also have a Portuguese version. “I want to reach the Brazilian public too.”.
