2024 was a challenging year for Ninja Pinto in many ways. Between competitions and managing his team, Ninja Stars International, the black-belt went through situations that put his resilience to the test. After experiencing car accidents and concussions while competing, he learned to come back stronger. He released a book, he is the author of the “Ultimate Weight Loss Blueprint After 30”, and won a gold medal at the IBJJF European No Gi, in Rome.

“I was the European No Gi champion. I felt very good in the fights, I was feeling well prepared, I made weight very well too, without suffering, just following my diet and method that I published in my book.”.

From the IBJJF No Gi Pans, which took place this weekend in Texas, Ninja Pinto brought another medal to his collection, a silver medal. A valuable result that shows the determination of an athlete who never considers giving up as an option, no matter how high the obstacle is.

“In 2024, I didn’t win many gold medals. I won silver at the European and Pans, in the Gi, and some golds in Opens. I had two car accidents, one of them with João Miyao, and I ended up breaking my arm. That kept me out of the adult World Championships and I didn’t do well at the Masters World Championships. I also had three serious concussions, one during the Pan American semifinals and two in car accidents. It was a difficult year, but it didn’t keep me out of all the competitions. I also won silver at the No Gi Pan American Games, and I never give up.”.

Ninja highlights achievements of athletes from the project he leads in the United States

Ninja Stars International’s goals of changing young people’s lives through sports are being successfully achieved. Leader of the project, Ninja gave a very positive assessment of the latest achievements.

“The Ninja Stars International project is going very well, with great achievements from the athletes we brought. They are really changing their lives and experiencing very strong personal growth. This year, 2024, we had several athletes changing their lives for the better. They all grew in knowledge and wisdom.”.

After having promoted himself as a writer, Ninja Pinto has only received positive feedback from readers. With the English version well received and with satisfactory sales figures, it was time to translate the publication into Portuguese with the aim of reaching more people.

“My book is selling really well, and now we have a Portuguese version available to reach the Brazilian public. I have received many messages from readers about how much the book has helped them. Sometimes they send me messages and emails to ask more in-depth questions about the book, and I don’t mind answering. This book has helped a lot of people lose weight and improve their lifestyles.”.
