Grand Slam Miami: Stars hope to shine at AJP tournament

The Grand Slam Miami will shake up Florida next weekend. The renowned AJP event will be held on September 16 and 17 and will bring together great Jiu-Jitsu stars. Well-known fighters have been confirmed for the event and promise to make the fight for the coveted gold medal fierce. This is the case of Roberto Cyborg, Roosevelt Sousa, Marcio André, Ronaldo Junior, Leonardo Mario, Adam Wardzinski, Mayssa Bastos, Brenda Larissa, Júlia Alves, among others.

The Miami event is one of the Federation’s most traditional and is attended by the cream of the Jiu-Jitsu crop. The duels are of the highest level and usually bring strong results. In addition to several stars on a collision course, the tournament has a unique structure and follows the quality standards of the Abu Dhabi Federation.

AJP is a reference in its organization and treatment of athletes. The federation will award around R$7.5 million in prizes to fighters this season. The organization’s aim is to promote the professionalization of Jiu-Jitsu, to value athletes and recognize them as champions. 

The expectation is for yet another bombastic event that will attract crowds. Hundreds of competitors are confirmed for the Grand Slam Miami and will be making their way to the top of the podium. The AJP provides a suitable environment for athletes to show the best version of their Jiu-Jitsu and impress the audience.
