Who is Davi Ledesma
Davi Tozi Ledesma trains at Atos Jiu-Jitsu in Bauru, Brazil, the academy run by his father, black belt Paulo Ledesma. In 2026, in Juvenile 1, he won the IBJJF Pans and the Brazilian Nationals at medium-heavyweight.
“This is all thanks to God and to the support of my coach, who is my father, doing this work so we could reach the top of the podium!” he wrote, in Portuguese, after the Pans title.
At the Pans, in Florida, he also took bronze in the heavy open class. At the Brazilian Nationals, in Barueri, he reached the heavy open class final and took silver. In September, he moved up to heavyweight at the IBJJF South American Championship, also in Barueri, and won it, adding silver in the open class.
Before the 2026 season, he had already been a Brazilian national champion in 2025.
